Trademarks and brand relationships

All third-party product names, trademarks, logos, images and other brand assets belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify and describe products offered for sale. Unless we expressly state otherwise on a product page, OakLura is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or an authorized dealer of the brand owner.

Product information

We aim to keep descriptions and images clear and current. However, manufacturers may change packaging, ingredients, country of origin, accessories or specifications without prior notice. The actual label, safety warning and instructions delivered with the product take priority over general website copy.

Before purchase and use, check ingredients, allergens, dimensions, electrical standards, vehicle or device compatibility, age guidance and any other requirement relevant to you. Stop using a product and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience an adverse reaction or safety concern.

Authenticity concerns and safety notices

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit goods. If you believe an item may be inauthentic or materially different from its listing, keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and clear photographs. We will investigate with the relevant supplier. If we become aware of a material safety notice or recall affecting a product we sold, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers using available order records.
