These Terms of Service apply to oaklura.com and purchases made directly from OakLura, operated by PO YUE INTERNATIONAL TRADE CO., LIMITED. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked in our footer. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally capable of entering a contract in your location and provide accurate account, contact, billing and delivery information. You may not misuse the site, introduce malicious code, interfere with security, infringe intellectual property, scrape the service unlawfully or use the site for illegal or fraudulent activity.

Products and multi-brand status

We aim to describe products accurately, but screen colors, packaging and specifications may vary and brands may update products without notice. Read all labels, warnings, ingredients, compatibility requirements and manufacturer instructions before use. Unless expressly stated, site content is general product information and not medical, legal, technical or other professional advice.

OakLura is an independent multi-brand retailer. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners and are used for product identification. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, no affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or authorized-dealer relationship is claimed.

Orders, availability and payment

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfillment for stock errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing mistakes, shipping restrictions or legal reasons. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The checkout total controls and shows applicable shipping and taxes known to us. You authorize our payment providers to charge the selected method.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these Terms. Products may be fulfilled by third-party partners and an order may arrive in separate parcels.

Intellectual property and customer content

The OakLura name, site design, original copy and other owned material may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission. Third-party product content remains the property of its owner. If you submit a review or other content, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use it in connection with the store. Content must be truthful, lawful and non-infringing.

Third-party services and links

Payments, delivery, analytics and other functions may be provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites merely because we link to them.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent the law permits. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their home jurisdiction. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear unresolved disputes.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version posted when an order is placed governs that order unless law requires otherwise.
