This Privacy Policy explains how OakLura, operated by PO YUE INTERNATIONAL TRADE CO., LIMITED (“OakLura”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit oaklura.com, place an order or contact us.

Information we collect

  • Contact and account data: name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, account credentials and communication preferences.
  • Order and payment data: products, transaction value, discounts, returns, payment status and limited payment details. Full card data is generally handled by payment providers rather than stored by us.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal data; object to or restrict certain use; withdraw consent; opt out of marketing or certain targeted advertising; and complain to a regulator. Children

Our store is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children contrary to applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied data should contact us.
